Cook Allender released the official music video for “I’m Your OCD” on October 10, 2025, a week after the melodic rock single’s debut. Jackie Marushka’s announcement also shared that the track had been added to Apple Music’s New in Rock playlist.

Cook wrote the original video treatment and produced the clip, with Tim Cofield directing. Drawing on Cook’s filmmaking background and love of ’90s alternative rock, the story follows a musician who thinks he is being followed after a romantic encounter—and takes his concerns to a therapist.

The video turns that premise into a darkly comic miniature thriller, with a twist best discovered by watching.

“I’m Your OCD” and its companion video introduced the world of Cook’s debut album, Music Your Parents Hate, combining guitar-driven songs with visual storytelling.
